Notice of Availability of the Waconia Falk-Saltire Mixed-Use Project
Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW)
As the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU), the City of Waconia has made available an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the approximate 241-acre mixed use development proposed for the properties located at 9550 Little Avenue, 9780 Little Avenue, & 10080 Little Avenue. The notice of document availability was published in the EQB Monitor on October 22nd, 2024.
The Proposed Project is a multi-phase residential and mixed-use development in Waconia, Minnesota. The development is proposed to be built on approximately 241 acres and the initial phase will be developed with 339 residential lots with detached units, curvilinear roads, and open spaces. Future phases of the project include an apartment Outlot and mixed-use Outlots that will include residential and commercial uses. Subsequent phases are expected to be developed with approximately 216 multi-family units and approximately 45,600 SF of retail/commercial space.
The City will accept public comments on the EAW through Friday, November 22nd at 4:30 p.m., directed to:
