The City Council authorized the final design of the Downtown Reconstruction Phase 3 project at the January 21, 2025 City Council meeting. The project team is now making plans for construction, which is planned to begin in 2025.
Property owners are invited to attend a public open house on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Waconia City Hall.
